It has a minty scent and tingles when you apply it. Since it is a Burt's Bees product, there is an expectation that this lip balm would have moisturizing properties. Wrong! This lip balm will dry out your lips considerably.
I love this product, but it bums me out that a lip balm does the opposite of what it is supposed to do.
