Here's my version of the OPI Burlesque color "Glow Up Already" using the following nail polishes from NYC.

• NYC New York Color Minute in Flat Iron Green
• NYC Starry Silvery Glitter 105A

The result? Super glossy green tips with chunks of sparkles make this a keeper for winter nails.
